1.TURNING ON
Press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 3 seconds until the lights turn on.
2.SELECTING A MODE
You can switch between the three modes by pressing the ON/OFF button briefly. At the top of the display, you’ll see the activated mode indicated as R | B | Y. You can activate the near-infrared mode using the NIR button. This can be selected alongside the three modes for a more intensive treatment.
3.ADJUSTING INTENSITY
You can adjust the intensity using the INTENSITY button. At the top of the remote control, there’s a display with three bars indicating the intensity level. For your first use, start with intensity level 1 to allow your skin time to adapt and build tolerance. Observe how your skin reacts and adjust as needed for optimal results.
4.SETTING THE TIME
The treatment begins with a preset duration of 10 minutes. You can extend the treatment time using the TIME button. At the top of the remote control, a display shows the selected treatment duration: 10, 15, or 20 minutes. Adjust the light duration according to your skin type. Monitor your skin’s reaction and modify the duration as needed for the best results. We recommend you to start with 5 minutes to discover how your skin reacts.
IMPORTANT: The Blue Light mode should not be used for more than 10 minutes.
5.USAGE
- Clean your face with a gentle facial cleanser.
- Use the mask directly on cleansed skin. Alternatively, apply a serum suitable for light therapy and allow it to fully absorb.
- Place the Red light mask on your face, secure the straps over your ears, and fasten it at the back of your head using the velcro. Ensure it fits comfortably.
- Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control until the lights turn on to activate the device. The treatment will automatically start in Red Light mode with the default setting of 10 minutes.
- Switch between modes as desired by briefly pressing the ON/OFF button. You can also activate the near-infrared function using the NIR button.
- Extend the treatment time as needed by pressing the TIME button. Once the set time has elapsed, the device will automatically turn off.
- Remove the Red light mask and clean it according to the instructions.
- After treatment, your skin will absorb active ingredients more effectively. Follow up with your usual skincare routine accordingly.
Use the Red Light Mask 3-5 times per week for optimal results. Each session should last between 5-20 minutes. By following this recommended usage, your skin will benefit fully from the advantages of light therapy.
6.TURNING OFF
The device will automatically turn off after your treatment, depending on the selected duration (10-20 minutes). You can stop the treatment at any time by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds.
7.CLEANING
Clean the Red light mask before and after each use. Wipe the mask with a damp cloth or a water-based wipe. Do not submerge the mask in water. Ensure the device is powered off and not charging while cleaning. You can also remove the eye pieces and rinse them under running water. Dry them afterward with a cloth.
Special note regarding the usage Guidelines:
We recommend using the device a maximum of 3-5 times per week for 5-20 minutes per session. The Blue Light mode should not be used for more than 10 minutes.
- Do not use the product on eyes, eyeballs, wounds, plastic parts, tumors, eczema, over the heart, etc.
- Avoid use if there are existing inflammations or other conditions.
- Do not use the device after recent injuries, surgeries, or facial treatments, including neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser treatments, or chemical peels, until the skin has fully healed.
- After aesthetic facial treatments such as fillers, hyaluronic acid, Botox, etc., consult your doctor before use.
- If you feel discomfort during use, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
- The device should not be used for prolonged periods and must always be used according to the instructions. Overuse may cause skin issues. Use it a maximum of 3-5 times per week for 5-20 minutes per session. The Blue Light mode should not be used for more than 10 minutes.
- If you have sensitive skin, consult your dermatologist before using the device for the first time.
- People allergic to light or experiencing light sensitivity due to medication should not use this device.
- If redness or swelling of the skin persists for more than 2 hours, stop use and consult a medical professional.
- Do not use the device on open wounds or painful, raised, crusty, or bleeding skin, as this could indicate a more serious condition and should be examined by a doctor.
- Ensure your skin is clean before use, with no traces of makeup, oils, or dirt, as a clean surface yields the best results. Ensure the skin is dry to avoid reflections that may reduce effectiveness.
- Remove jewelry before using the device to prevent overheating and reflections.
- Do not use the device while taking antibiotics.
- Inspect the Red light mask before each use. Do not use the device if there is visible damage.
- The device cannot be used while charging.
- Prolonged use of the device is not recommended. Use it a maximum of 3-5 times per week for 5-20 minutes per session.
- Temporary redness may occur after treatment but should subside within 1-2 hours.
- To protect your eyes, do not look directly into the red light, and use eye protection during treatment. Ensure no part of the red light reaches your eyes during use.
- This product is a home-use electronic device, not a medical device.
- Use only the provided cable to charge the Red light mask. The indicator light will blink while charging.
- Perform a sensitivity test on your face before the first use, as described in the manual.
- Use the mask only for the purposes specified in the user guidelines. The device has only been tested for the listed conditions, and risks for other conditions are unknown.
- Do not apply retinol before using the red light or NIR mode. However, using bakuchiol is allowed.
- Some individuals may experience redness, dryness, or irritation after using Blue Light.
- Avoid overexposure to blue light, as it may cause pigmentation or discoloration.
- Consult a dermatologist or healthcare provider before using Blue Light if you have an existing skin condition or have undergone dermatological treatments.
- Your skin may be more sensitive to sunlight for 2-3 days—apply sunscreen frequently during this period.
- Store the Red light mask flat at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the Red light mask out of reach of children. The device is not a toy.
- Do not store the device near a fire source, heat it, or use it in very high temperatures. Store it in a safe, dry, and ventilated place.
- If the device is damaged due to impact or falls, discontinue use.
- Do not modify, disassemble, or repair the device yourself. For repairs, contact the seller or manufacturer directly.
- Avoid contact between the internal battery and skin, eyes, or mouth. Wear gloves if exposed to battery fluid, and seek medical attention in case of contact.
- Do not twist, bend, or forcefully unplug the charging cable, wrap it around the device, or damage it in any way, as this may cause fire or short circuits. Stop using the cable immediately if it becomes damaged or overheats.
- Avoid using the device under blankets or pillows to prevent overheating and potential fire hazards.
- Do not use the device without first removing creams, serums, lotions, essential oils, or makeup. These products may cause light sensitivity or reduce the effectiveness of the LED treatment. Only apply serums suitable for light therapy before treatment.
- The Red light mask and accessories are not waterproof and should not be submerged or machine-washed. Avoid placing the device where it might fall into water or be pulled into water.
- Do not clean the device with alkaline detergents, volatile oils containing alcohol, thinners, or other solvents.
